The Egyptian Walk or Hagalla is one of those steps that takes time to master. It's a more advanced movement, therefore be kind to yourself and take breaks to shake it out, and it is normal if you get frustrated. It's part of the process, and your body needs to adapt.

Hagallah' refers to the dancer, the music and dance itself. The Hagalla is a folk dance coming from Western Egypt, and it is often performed during the date harvest, which is the wedding season in that area.
